So, I’ve decided to start doing outfit of the day posts since a) I’m test-driving looks for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and b) sometimes it’s fun to watch how people put things together. This was from yesterday. Here are the salient details:

Agenda for the day:

• Shopping at Macy’s for some pre-Fashion Week dresses
• Combat-worthy sale shoe shopping at Loehmann’s (score: amazing OTK flat black Via Spiga riding boots half price)
• More combat-worthy shoe shopping at Payless for (score: Isabel Toledo heels and black patent flats)
• Drinks with my girlfriends at BLT Fish
• Last minute shopping at H&M (score: boyfriend blazer)
