Many gals come to New York to seek their fortune and fame and they bring their particular style with them. This gal was spotted near Madison Square Park in NYC with a particularly easy but well-done look for a hot summer’s day. Between the uneven hemline skirt, the cool summer boots and a breezy hair and makeup look, this was one of my favorite simple summer looks.
